Quality assurance is an ongoing and never ending process. At Melon we always strive for perfection. Our QC policies ensure that if the service or process isn't correct, then we change the way it's done. We ensure that each contract is executed in a manner that sets and maintains a level of reliability and a service consistent with our client's requirements and expectations. We believe in total accountability for all stock movements whilst your printed materials are in our care. All stock transactions are recorded from day one, and we agree with you opening figures for all items delivered to us. All stock movement is recorded on a daily basis. So how do we achieve success? At Melon, we believe that the key to high quality zero-defect service is teamwork. By working as a team, wasting time, money and resources are cut to a minimum. This helps to create the high quality service our clients deserve, and enables us to exceed their expectations. Melon conforms to DMA guidelines for Best Practice. We are working towards ISO9001.
