Marshall Amplification is a world leader in the design and manufacture of amplifiers. With a string of fans, which reads like a who’s who of rock and roll legends.

Melon worked with closely with Marshall to fully understand the product range and customization options. With a full understanding we proposed, designed and developed a scalable system which could be used by the network of dealerships.

Dealers are able to customize and personalize an amplifier or header unit with their own combination of materials and finishes. Customers can even have an image of their choice printed on to the amplifier.

The system has been designed to:

• Recognise individual dealers by unique logins
• Provide a choice of amplifiers and models to customise
• Deliver a wide variety of personalisation, whilst ensuring every combination is possible
• Enable users to upload their own artwork for printing on to the amplifier
• Automate delivery and order instructions
• Create quotations, order record logs and enable data capture

The graphical interface reflects the iconic Marshall branding and remains honest to the ethos of the company, which has been built up over many decades.

It is anticipated the system will be rolled out to other countries throughout the world, following a successful UK trial.
