Chard Robinson Group is a provider of property solutions to clients across the UK and abroad. The Group is also the parent group to a number of successful property-related companies operating in Cambridge and the surrounding area. The Group encompasses a broad range of disciplines, specialising in lettings, property and estate management, investment and acquisition services and interiors design.

Having previously worked with the Chard Robinson Group on printed literature and direct mail campaigns, Melon was asked to overhaul the existing static links page and bring continuity to the group by creating an informative website, that provided potential and existing clients with essential information. Their request was to clearly communicate who they were, and define the relationship between them and the other joint ventures. They wanted the users to navigate from the Group site to the individual company websites with ease and to avoid all confusion and ensuring all traffic was directed appropriately.

Building on the reputation of the Group and their ethos, Melon provided a fresh innovative approach to the existing brand and style, along side this we were then able to provide a solution that met their needs. By creating a unique portal site, powered by our own Engine CMS, we provided them with the tools to pull all the sites together, oversee changes to content over multiple sites, manage user accounts, gather data and manage SEO.
