Could you name all the current IE bugs / hacks in your sleep, and worship Firefox for their use of standards? Are you able to develop cross browser, validated code easier than breathing? Then we want to hear from you!

Melon are looking for a front end developer already proficient in XHTML / CSS to compliment our existing team. You will have at least 2 years experience with an agency, and have good knowledge of standards and new browsers / technology.

We work on Linux machines, and use VirtualBox (similar to VMWare / OS emulation) for development in different environments (XP, Vista, Mac, other UNIX based systems) to ensure our projects look as good as they can, to as many people as possible. Some experience of this would be beneficial but not required.

We are looking for a Junior Developer / graduate to compliment our existing team. You must be eager to learn, and a good problem solver. Experience isn't everything, so if you are self taught and able, then in our eyes thats just as impressive as 2 years in an agency.

Knowledge of HTML / CSS is a must, as well as a basic understanding of design packages such as Photoshop / GIMP. PHP / MySQL / Javascript would also be advantageous but not required, plus we would be interested to here about any other cool 'bleeding edge' technologies you are into.
