This week Marshall Amplification launched the new Custom Shop service.
Dealers are able to customise and personalise an amplifier or header unit with their own combination of materials and finishes. Customers can even have an image of their choice printed on to the amplifier.
Melon developed an online system, which enables dealers to quickly and easily configure the customer selections.
The system has been designed to:
- Recognise individual dealers by unique logins
- Provide a choice of amplifiers and models to customise
- Deliver a wide variety of personalisation, whilst ensuring every combination is possible
- Enable users to upload their own artwork for printing on to the amplifier
- Automate delivery and order instructions
- Create quotations, order record logs and enable data capture
The graphical interface looks superb, based around the iconic Marshall branding and superb market leading product designs.
